Since 1987, the Conservation Corps of Long Beach (CCLB) has worked to help youth realize their potential while serving the Gateway Cities area. As a state-certified Corps, CCLB is positioned to offer its Corpsmembers access to a variety of environmental work experiences while also facilitating personal development opportunities. More than 12,000 youth and young adults have benefitted from our unique program, and over 1,500 have received a high school diploma while working with us. Mission The primary mission of the Conservation Corps of Long Beach is to support young people in realizing their potential through work, service, conservation, and education.
The Site Director is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, organization and all aspects of the After School Enrichment Program at the assigned school site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position supervises and manages the day-to-day operations of our middle school, after school program site. This position is charged with seeing that the students are in a safe, well-supervised environment that provides them with a well-designed academic and enrichment program

Salary and Benefits:
$23.93 - $28.72 per hour (Rank 15) based on level of experience and education. Open to considering compensation for more experienced applicants.
