Central Missouri Forest Products manufactures hardwood lumber for industrial and residential applications. Founded in 2018, we've grown to employ 20 people across two locations in central and southwestern Missouri. We take pride in producing high quality lumber, working closely with our customers to meet their needs, and providing a safe, engaging work environment for our employees.

We are looking to fill multiple positions at our New Bloomfield mill location. Experience in sawmill or related industry preferred but not required. Health benefits and paid vacation after three months. Growing business with opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Stack lumber including 2x4, 3x4, pallet stock, and railroad ties
• Operate small equipment including chainsaw, chop saw, power tools
• Keep work area clean and perform simple maintenance

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform manual labor for an extended period
• Willingness to work year-round in a covered, open-air building
• Sawmill or related industry experience (construction, tree service, etc) preferred but not required
• Experience running a chainsaw or operating a wheel loader (optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
