As a Dietary Aide, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents and providing a quality dining experience. You will partner with the Dietary Director, Resident Care Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Works with the nursing team to determine nutritional needs of the patient.

Assist with serving food and meal plans according to guidelines which are established by the facility. Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and write English.

Ability to write neatly and consistently in a personal notebook. Ability to write correspondence and correspondence memos. Ability to write detailed notes and entries.Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
