Pinnacle Health & Rehab North Berwick is seeking passionate, energetic, and strong customer service oriented Activities Aide for part-time hours, weekend hours.
This part-time position will work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. The Activities Aide is responsible for assisting the Activities Director in coordinating and conducting all internal and external resident activities.
This includes assisting with creating the monthly activity calendar, evaluating resident preferences and guiding activity programs to meet their needs.
Qualifications :
1. Ability to lift 50 pounds
2. Current CPR or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
Other Duties :
1. Establishes and maintains communication with residents and coworkers to improve quality of service and customer satisfaction.
2. Transports residents inside and outside of the facility to designated areas in a punctual and timely manner.
3. Respects and protects resident and facility confidentiality by keeping all sensitive and resident information private.
4. Follows all protocols and procedures to ensure the safe delivery of residents.
5. Regularly participates in ongoing education to improve knowledge and skills.
