In addition to involvement in the day-to-day operations associated with container seedling production, the Operations Manager is required to give direct supervision to employees, performing a generalized job function with continuous oversight to ensure nursery efficiency. This includes, but is not limited to; sowing, thinning, lifting, blackout, cold storage & shipping. This position is responsible for directing personnel in accordance with operational work plans and cultural requirements, with a focus on employee productivity, record keeping, and ensuring both safe working conditions and quality standards are met.
