- A Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or equivalent industry experience
- Series 65 or equivalent license required
- UT Life & Health license – required within 90 days of hire
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Process-driven
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters
- You are an excellent communicator – both written and verbal
Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships.
- Assist clients with contributions, withdrawals, allocations, etc.
- Grow referrals and contact other warm leads
- Prepare and hold retirement plan review meetings
- Record and update client records
Pay: $30/hourBenefits:- Paid Time Off: Up to 13 days per year
- Holiday Pay: Up to 5 days per year
