Job Summary: | This position is responsible for leading the strategy and oversight required of a successful International Students and Scholars Office in line with a constantly shifting global immigration and political environment, development of international programs and services designed to support students, scholars, and OSU faculty/staff, and supervision of all ISS operations in alignment with and support of successful outcomes related to OSU’s global initiatives. |

Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree and seven years of international students and scholars experience. USCIS/Designated School Official (DSO)/State Department Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, oral, and written communication; leadership; creative problem-solving; and analytic skills. Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D./Ed.D. and ten years of international work experience, including study/work/living outside the United States. Responsible Officer (RO) Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) Familiarity with international educational systems. Familiarity with international admissions and academic advising. Understanding of higher education administration, budgets, financial procedures, and policy guidelines. |
