Foreign Exchange Trader jobs in South Jordan, UT

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Adhere and participate in Wheeler's safety culture by performing safe work and identifying and correcting any unsafe acts or conditions.
• Take ownership of the parts exchange program and understand the integration with each of the main industries – Mining, Oil and Gas, and Construction.
• Coordinate all aspects of the operational process associated with the exchange program.
• Optimize the exchange inventory by analyzing trends within the dealership.
• Coordinate PCR target dates with mine sites as well as SOPs to ensure planned maintenance schedules are successful.
• Work closely with the accounting team and supervisor to reconcile the exchange/reman accounts monthly.
• Review slow or non-moving inventory for remove from stock processing.
• Analyze new component sales for exchange consideration.
• Manage relationships with surrounding dealers to share inventory when appropriate.
• Update the exchange program website.
• Be the main point of contact for customer facing teams regarding the exchange program.
• Strategize with the product support operation team to standardize processing and optimize storage across stores.
• Able to work in high pressure environments and situations.
• Be able to speak to large groups comfortably and be solution driven.
• Use systems to efficiently plan for components.
• Develop new processes and strategies to gain efficiencies in operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar Machines and Components
• Basic Knowledge of mechanical functions
• Ability to work independently at times.
• 5-10 years in product support operations
• Computer and technological literacy. 
• Knowledge of parts operational systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
