As a Customer Experience Associate at the Exchange, you will be a part of an award winning team. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of technology products is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
