About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Corporate and Investment Banking Operations group’s Foreign Exchange (FX) Operations Product and Strategic Delivery Team to lead and execute on projects focused on operational efficiency and risk reduction for CIB FX Operations and execute on funded projects within the FX Operations portfolio. This position may also assume product ownership roles within AGILE scrum teams for one or multiple applications that the FX Operations Product and Strategic Delivery team supports.
In this role, you will:
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2 years of Foreign Exchange experience
Desired Qualifications:
Requirements gathering, Agile story creation and management in JIRA
Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and partners across business, operations, and technology to build consensus on requirements.
Effective Problem solving and timely escalation of issues challenging a project’s scheduled completion.
Ability to work effectively as a product owner and coordinate sprint releases and testing in partnership with Project management and Scrum teams.
UAT and Production planning, execution, and support for project delivery
Lead large scale projects spanning across multiple stakeholders and teams including business, technology, and operations.
Administrative and reporting responsibilities including effective communication on project progress.
Effective communication skills and ability to articulate project benefits, impact, risks, and status.
Product ownership and change management experience, including UAT leadership experience.
Capital Markets Operations exposure or experience, preferably the Foreign Exchange asset class
Ability to analyze business requirements, challenge existing business functions and recommend alternative testing approaches, methods, and tools.
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
SWIFT, CLS, FXALL, MISYS, GTSS experience
Knowledge of FX Industry, products and services such as Netlink, LCH is preferable.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00Benefits
