Foreclosure Supervisor supervises personnel in the foreclosure department and ensures documents meet established rules and standards. Oversees the processing of foreclosure forms and analysis and reports on the activities of the group. Being a Foreclosure Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Foreclosure Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. We are seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal in our Creditor's Rights practice area, located in Yardley, PA. You will provide overall support to attorneys' and clients. Paralegal should be familiar with LPS, Tempo, Black Knight and perfect practice, MS Office, as well as outlook and e-filing. Experience with Creditor's Rights is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents within the Creditor's Rights / Foreclosure department
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information within the Creditor's Rights practice area internal case management system as well as client's systems.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal in a Creditor's Rights or Foreclosure practice area; 3 years preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
