JOB SUMMARY
Stern, Lavinthal & Frankenberg, LLC, with offices in both NY and NJ, is a leader in creditor's rights representation. We are seeking an experienced foreclosure paralegal in our NJ office to join our expanding practice. This position directly supports the supervising attorney and the responsibilities include the preparation of various court filings; conducting title searches; conducting tax searches; calendaring; coordinating Sherriff's Sales with vendors; and other duties. Must have foreclosure litigation experience, and be comfortable with calendaring, high level client interaction, and interfacing with various client and court systems of record.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Knowledge of NY contested foreclosure process a plus.
