We are seeking well qualified Legal Assistants to join our firm in a multitude of departments such as Foreclosure, Payoff, Reinstatement, Bankruptcy and Office Services.  Depending on your experience and prior knowledge, we will place you within a department that will maximize your productivity and potential for growth within the firm!

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of legal documents which could included complaints, judgments, affidavits, motions and/or pleadings 
• Schedule hearings and mediations
• E-file in various portals
• Monitor, communicate and ensure compliance with client directives using client systems
  
• Enter information into multiple case management systems
• Create documents utilizing forms and templates
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties

Qualifications:

• Excellent data entry skills
• Previous experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
