Additionally, Foreclosure Specialist typically reports to a supervisor. The Foreclosure Specialist works under moderate supervision. - Proven experience in management, preferably in outside sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the solar industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently with proven track record in door to door sales
