Foreclosure Specialist maintains current foreclosure status of assigned accounts. Processes foreclosure cases accurately and timely. Being a Foreclosure Specialist calculates and prepares reinstatement, payoff figures and other debt information to attorneys. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Foreclosure Specialist typically reports to a supervisor. The Foreclosure Specialist works under moderate supervision.
