Lender Legal PLLC, a creditor’s rights firm with a primary practice area of residential mortgage foreclosure, is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our firm in Illinois.
Attorneys in this position will have a minimum of 1 years of experience handling all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation, including initial title review, complaint drafting, motion practice, discovery, mediations, trials, and execution on judgments. They will first-chair contested nonjury trials, take and defend depositions, and assist with legal research and writing on appellate matters as needed. They will work with both large and small financial institutions and investors. Base salary range is $80,000-$95,000 with additional bonus compensation of up to $5,000 per quarter. Requirements:
-Law degree from ABA accredited law school.
-License to practice law in the state of Illinois and in good standing.
-A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, mortgage foreclosure, and/or title law.
-Have a good working knowledge of litigation and motion practice, generally.
-Willingness to travel as needed across the state of Illinois (10%)
