```Duties``` As a Foreclosure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the foreclosure process for delinquent accounts. Your duties will include: - Reviewing and analyzing loan files to determine foreclosure eligibility - Coordinating with attorneys, trustees, and vendors to facilitate the foreclosure process - Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to foreclosure proceedings - Communicating with borrowers regarding foreclosure timelines and options - Managing foreclosure timelines and deadlines to ensure timely resolution ```Experience``` To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience: - Experience in loan origination, processing, or underwriting - Strong mathematical skills with a focus on basic math and financial calculations - Knowledge of loan documents, contracts, Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and other relevant financial services regulations - Familiarity with loan officer duties and responsibilities - Proficiency in 10-key typing for accurate data entry This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
