Remodeling Construction Project Manager

Reports to: PresidentFull TimeSalary, Exempt

Salary Range: $ 55K - 85K (Per Project)

Purpose:
To assist the Remote Operations Manager with bidding on projects along the Front Range that the company or each department can work on. This position will include putting pricing together, assisting with bids, project specifications, pre-bid meetings, and assisting investor clients with finding projects, tis position is ideal for someone who has construction experience but is looking to manage projects in their spare time.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Look for and place bids on projects along the front range
• Meet with clients virtually to perform pre-job walks
• Prepare any necessary paperwork, such as bid bonds, work orders, change orders, etc.
• Assist Operations with getting products for job sites and deadlines
• Project/job submittals

Education and Experience
General Qualifications
REQUIRED:

• 2 years of Estimating experience
• Experience with FlipperForce Construction Project Management Software
• Some construction knowledge
• Microsoft/Google Word and Excel experience

Driving:

• Must have a valid Driver’s license
• Must be between 21-75 years of age (Over 70 requires an acceptable annual letter of health from a registered doctor or their representative).

Other:

• Must have reliable transportation to work
• Basic knowledge of the construction industry,
• Commitment to performing quality work while putting safety first,
• Possess a strong sense of personal responsibility and the ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of using bid websites like FlipperForce

PREFERRED:
General:

• High School diploma or GED,
• Great people skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

• Sitting in an office/vehicle for long periods
• Going to estimations in the field may require being in inclement weather
• Using a laptop or tablet to access bids, and put bids together

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
