Intel is in the midst of a transformational journey to deliver on its ambitious IDM 2.0 strategy which includes significant manufacturing expansions and the creation of a foundry to serve internal and external customers. This position is a critical new role in our overall ERP transformation supporting three key businesses involved in IDM 2.0; Manufacturing, Technology Development (TD), and Intel Foundry Services (IFS), collectively referred to as TMGF. The TMGF Forecast to Stock (FTS) Project Manager will focus on developing, driving, and managing project deliverables for the E2E FTS Tower. Your responsibilities are not limited to below:
Use Supply Planning-related knowledge to drive the successful implementation of FTS for TMGF. Must be able to operate in a matrixed environment and develop effective working relationships with key interface organizations and their senior managers to achieve key deliverables. Must have a solid understanding of Intel's strategic initiatives, business strategy, supply chain initiatives. Drives strategy, analysis, and planning, interdependencies across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project planning: Deliverables, dependencies, owners, due dates, links to other related plans (e.g. Deployment Plan, Testing Plan, Development Plan)
Progress Monitoring: Manage the Project deliverable reviews and approval processes for E2E FTS Tower, within stated contractual timeline; recording of Minutes of reviews and related approvals for deliverables
Risk, Issue, Assumption, Dependency (RAID) Log: Manage and meticulously monitor the RAID log, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues to maintain project momentum
External Dependency Management: Oversee and manage external dependencies, including partnerships and third-party contributions, to ensure seamless project execution
Project Plan Validation: Review and validate the project plan, ensuring it accurately reflects the scope, objectives, and timelines of the SAP S/4 HANA transformation project
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners
Change Management: Collaborate closely with the change management team to ensure that changes resulting from the transformation are effectively communicated and embraced by all stakeholders
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance efforts, ensuring that project deliverables meet established standards and expectations
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project artifacts
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Manage escalations: Take accountability for the de-escalation process, coordinating recovery activities, negotiations, and stakeholders' engagement as necessary; seek for support when needed

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum skills and experience:
Candidate must have one of the following:
10 years' experience as a Project Manager and/or similar roles within semiconductor manufacturing and/or ERP transformations
OR
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration, and 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or similar role within semiconductor manufacturing and/or ERP transformation
Preferred skills and experience:
Master's degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration, and 3 years' experience as a Project Manager or similar role within semiconductor manufacturing and/or ERP transformation
PMP certification is plus.
Proven track record as a project manager in SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects or similar complex initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing
Previous experience in implementing or installing Supply Planning software (Blue Yonder, JDA, O9, Kinaxis)
Strong understanding of Supply planning
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively
