Forecast Analyst analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine the amount of finished product that will be produced. Determines the best metrics to use to provide the most accurate representation of the forecast. Being a Forecast Analyst works with other departments within the organization to determine optimal inventory levels. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Forecast Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Forecast Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. This critical, Wichita-based position will support all of our locations by proactively identifying and managing quality, risk, professional conflicts of interest, and other business risks that we face regarding new and existing clients.Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing database of existing and potential clients using Firm software and other resources
- Preparing reports from analyzed data to be distributed to appropriate parties
- Maintaining the integrity and completeness of Firm databases
- Communicating with Attorneys and Staff regarding conflict of interest procedures and results
- Facilitating potential new client intake by gathering relevant information and communicating the next steps
- Providing excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with all parties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:- Ability to objectively assess and evaluate information to form reasonable judgements
- Applies logical arguments and reasoning to develop rational and goal-directed thought
- Exercises good judgement with appropriate attention to detail
- Capacity to increase knowledge of legal terminology and complex relationships
- Ability to correctly prioritize tasks and meet quick deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Law firm experience desired
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
