JOB DESCRIPTION

Foster Love is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our vision is to improve the lives of foster children in America, who often find themselves forgotten and neglected by the public.

We are looking to add an experienced Digital Analyst to our TWR team! This person will lead our team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our online audience. This is a position with many opportunities to learn and contribute across all facets of our organization.

TIME COMMITMENT

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and manage various omnichannel campaigns while using measurable objectives to calculate success and profitability. Utilize current analytics and actionable projections.
• Create high-level analytical reports weekly, monthly, and per campaign. Leverage Google Analytics, Meta, Zoho, SpyFu, and other tools to support and analyze findings.
• Write all copy in the brand voice for print and digital projects including web, marketing material, press releases, executive statements, blogs, one sheets, and pitch decks. Support line editing for all departments.
• Help grow paid and social media efforts for both lead generation and donation conversation campaigns maintaining an ROI above industry standards.
• Support strategic email campaigns by writing copy, meta data, tracking UTM codes through Google Analytics, testing, and pushing live.
• Collaborate with the graphic team to create social ads, emails, print, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop SEO/SEM copy for website including, landing page, blogs, meta descriptions/titles, and tracking key terms. Research opportunities and competitors in current and projected spaces.
• Conduct outreach and leverage connections with potential media, influencers, and advocate within foster care community to create and leverage content.
• Pitch and write proposals for new donations and lead generation-based campaigns.
• Cultivate and execute PR and marketing campaigns for events, partnerships, website, and program launches.
• Develop a competitive digital internship program, teach hard PR and marketing tactics to online interns from across the country. While educating them on the brand and the foster care community.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of Digital Analyst experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Excellent project management, follow-up, and organization skills

Firm knowledge of website analytics tools

Proven experience in identifying a target audience, and creatively devising tactics and strategies for marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.

Current knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to non-profits

Ability to work and lead cross-functionally in a fast-paced organization

Passionate and knowledgeable about Foster Care and the sensitivities of the population we serve

Familiar with the following applications: Google Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Marketing, Spreadsheets, HubSpot, Asana, and Slack

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
