Seeking a dynamic and eager professional to fill the newly created position of Junior F&B Manager. This role is crucial in supporting our dining services and front-of-house food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain the beverage inventory for the beverage program, including updating and maintaining beverage menus and overseeing beverage allotment events and the beverage cart.
Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage and Clubhouse Manager to draft and approve updated beverage menus and handle various administrative duties.
Provide platinum-level service
Ensure a clean and safe environment in all operational areas.
Actively participate in weekly meetings, staff training sessions, and Daily Pre-shifts.
Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Director and Clubhouse Manager.
Experience & Core Competencies :
Hospitality industry experience prefered.
Computer savvy - maintaining internal systems will be big part of job.
Proven record of achievement and stable employment history.
Must be flexible with Schedule :
In-Season - 5-6 days a week
Off-Season - 4-5 days a week
