The Position : We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Manager for our hotel. This unique Hampton Inn has a restaurant and bar, called Summit 49, right off the main lobby. This opportunity combines managing this hometown restaurant with the benefit of working for a larger management company with all of its support and assistance to managing the hotel and restaurant. The Responsibilities: As the person in command of the food and beverage outlets and as part of the property leadership team, the Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to assist with the overall operation of the restaurant and bar. They will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible to achieve the goals of the restaurant and bar but do so with the highest amount of integrity and sound leadership.
The Requirements: Minimum of two years’ experience as a Manager or Supervisor preferred, along with the strong ability to:
· communicate effectively in all situations
· monitor costs and adjust according to market conditions.
· manage, train and motivate a diverse team.
The Location: This Hampton Inn is located in Warroad, MN, also known as Hockeytown USA.
