· Able to work weekends and holidays
· Able to lift 50 pounds
· Creative mind that wants to try new programs
· Ability to work longer hours when needed
· Has an owner mentality when dealing with the day-to-day activities
· Possess a positive outlook on life and have a great attitude
· Enjoys working in a positive environment
