Food and Beverage Shift Manager - Casino jobs in Fargo, ND

Oxbow Country Club is looking for a professional assistant food and beverage manager to be responsible for managing front of house food and beverage operations and for delivering an excellent member and guest experience. The goal is to maximize the member experience through member satisfaction and employee engagement. The ability to be an excellent trainer and mentor is paramount. High level organizational skills and professional demeanor are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage and day-to-day operations to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Identify members needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Work hand in hand with the food and beverage manager to create great overall member experience

Skills

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
