Why We Need Your Talents:

As the Food and Beverage Marketing Specialist, you will assist with property Marketing events, social media presence and database organization. In addition, you will oversee graphic design projects and digital asset creation.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Maintain and update website (events, photos, hours of operation, contests, etc.)
• Maintain, update, and monitor social networking sites and content plans (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Creating new social media campaigns to help increase social engagement and create fun, engaging content, including creating video Instagram reels and utilizing programs such as Canva and Splice, in collaboration with management.
• Creative social media sweepstakes to drive traffic and engagement onto the platforms.
• Generate weekly recaps depicting the success of social networking sites and websites through data insights and Google analytics.
• Track and report weekly social media statistics (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and manage all enter-to-win forms and contests for upcoming promotions in an effort to grow our database.
• Learn and assist with Marketing Plans for larger events.
• Manage internal marketing & events calendar. Create monthly event calendars to be released to the public via social networking sites and e-blasts.
• Manage the organization of a photo gallery for use on websites and social media, as well as for department use.
• Posting of major events on local/regional event and blog sites
• Maintain, upload, and organize database, assisting in e-mail campaigns to specific lists. Proof and edit verbiage for onsite collateral, including poster boards, menus, and check presenters.
• Understand the PCF and Job Request process for collateral (flier, poster, menu, LED, etc.) and assist in the process from creation through approval.
• Creating digital assets and collateral, including specific advertisements, social media graphics, poster boards, LED displays, menus, and more in collaboration with management
• Creation of content and graphics for weekly e-blast(s)
• Assist with the implementation and launch of the reward program.
• Attend weekly staff, marketing, and event meetings as requested.
• Provide input on all aspects of marketing and assist in creating and developing new events and promotional/marketing materials.
• Manage and create content for social media campaigns while maintaining a brand voice for all food and beverage brands, including Prime Rib, Sports & Social, David’s Restaurant and Bar, Luk Fu, Orchid Kitchen & Patio, En Vivo, and Morty’s
• Create and manage content calendars and schedule posts for all brands.
• Collaborate with different team members on new social media content ideas, including marketing, culinary, beverage, and operations teams.
• Write copy and create photos/videos for social media, websites, email newsletters, and Open Table Experiences.
• Create and manage all enter-to-win forms and contests for upcoming promotions to grow our database.
• Report on social media KPIs
• Identify and collaborate with influencers for influencer events and marketing.
• Respond to social media comments and messages.
• Keep up with social media trends and identify ways to drive more fans and followers to the food & beverage social media accounts.
• Collaborate with Sr. F&B Marketing Manager with planning, coordination, and providing on-site support and execution of restaurant promotions and special events.
• Manage the creation of recaps of all major events, including event synopsis, event photos, promotion of events, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills to Help You Succeed:

• Experience utilizing graphic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite which includes Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of the components of sponsorship, public relations, sales, and operations as well as its importance in the hospitality industry.
• Experience creating video Instagram reels and utilizing programs such as Canva and Splice.

• Experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED Requirement
  • Associates Degree or Higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

• Ability to:
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Reach for specific objects at short distances in local working area.
• Sit 60% of the time
• Occasionally lift 50 lbs.
• Use of stairs and elevators
