The F&B Purchasing and Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all food, beverage, and non-food deliveries are received, inspected, and meet department standards and par levels while maintaining an effective filing system for F&B purchases. They communicate clearly and professionally about delivery status of orders, conduct inventories on all storerooms and coolers to ensure adequate supplies for WSCE, and promptly review and fill all F&B requisitions. They work with the Purchasing Manager to coordinate receiving activities and Accounts Payable to ensure proper processing of invoices.
