Duties

• Responsible for all aspects of food and beverage control to include inventory management: food and beverage cost analysis and controls; variance analysis and reporting sensitive item inventory control and analysis; scheduling and payroll cost analysis; and internal control for point of sale, inventory and beverage control systems.
• Studies food and beverage activities to provide advisory services to operating managers and members of management.
• Interviews personnel; researches records; reviews reports, financial statements, and inventory records to gather data.
• Observes and analyzes mission, organization, work processes, methods, procedures, etc. to recommend improvement of present practices to improve revenue, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
• May supervise assigned staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
