Job Title: Food & Beverage Lead

Hours: Fulltime &Partime

Location: US-Based

Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Daily communication with Team members regarding SOPs, closing reports, and cleaning projects.
• To ensure Safe- Clean- Fun conditions in Food & Beverage for our Team Members and Guest.
• Record merit and demerits for Team members.
• Record coaching, Audits, and AOCs in Jolt.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Monthly Audits to Team Members.
• Develop and train new and existing employees.
• Motivate, and give Goals to Team members
• Provide our Guests with first-class customer service.
• Overview timecards of Team members
• Daily communication with Supervisor to ensure proper coordination and accomplishment of daily, weekly and monthly activities and goals.
• Ensure the team is following proper operating procedures, including proper food prep and stocking.
• Ensure all food areas are fully stocked and organized.
• Make sure the team is in full uniform compliance.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• BS/BA degree preferred but not required, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-year Leadership experience
• Self-motivated
• Time management
• organizing
