Position purpose:
To ensure a courteous, elegant, and efficient dining experience to guests.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
· Responsible to help oversee all Coal Creek, Bistro, Backwoods, Bar, and Golf operations.
· Ensure that staff members are familiar with all menu items, ingredients, specials, and prices.
· Investigate and resolve guest complaints. Establish controls to minimize waste and theft.
· Ensure that all food safety ordinances and regulations are followed. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
· Verify legal age (21) of patrons ordering alcohol. Ensure compliance with ABLE Commission Rules and Alcohol Sale & Distribution Procedures.
· Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of staff to ensure staffing levels are adequate for business needs.
· Ensure compliance with Tip Reporting Procedures and Title 31 requirements.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of 2 years of prior restaurant management experience. Must be at least 18 years old.
Special Position Requirements:
Requires Food Handler’s Permit Requires Gaming License
Work Requirements:
Shift: Varies
Requires problem solving skills, ability to communicate effectively and supervise others, operate a desktop computer. Position involves prolonged sitting, standing or walking, stooping or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 30 pounds on a daily basis. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
