    We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a part of the Cage Cashier. Under the supervision of the Cage Manager the position is responsible for executing monetary transactions for guests and is assigned to a front window or team member window. Maintain knowledge of Title 31, OJC Internal Controls, CGS Regulations and departmental policy and procedures. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions and company policies, procedures and controls.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
    • Accurately balances assigned bank.
    • Acts as an ambassador for OJC and delivers excellent guest service at all times
    • Cashes cheques and gaming tickets into money for guests, in a courteous, timely manner.
    • Cashes personal checks, cash advances and travelers checks for currency.
    • Responsible for all variances
    • Assists other Cashiers, as needed.
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Reports issues to management swiftly
    • Ensure adherence to all CGS compliance, Title 31, CTR, SARC, MTL and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
    • Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
    • Creates an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests.
    • Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all team members, by setting positive examples at all times.
    • Maintains an attitude & philosophy consistent with the company Core Values and Standards of Behavior with internal & external guests

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arkansas Gaming License.
