We are seeking an A.M. Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our seasonally-driven restaurant and bar. As an AM Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the AM team and in-room dining operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they wake up.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the A.M. operations of the restaurant, Lounge, and Pool

• Lead and mentor the A.M. restaurant team, including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and service training

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as all operating procedures

• Conduct regular check-ins and service trainings to maintain high standards of service

• Organize weekly pre-shift meetings and uphold SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

• Collaborate with the culinary team to update menus and keep them current.

• Manage operational supplies purchasing that align with budgetary guidelines

• Implement strategies for food and beverage cost control

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. This range reflects the compensation Alila Napa Valley reasonably expects to offer based on experience and qualifications. Individual salaries will be determined considering various factors, including experience and education.
