Food & Beverage Manager performs management responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures; must be able to fulfill the financial, administrative, human resource and technical responsibilities within the Food & Beverage Department; assists the Vice President and Director to oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets within the casino; must be knowledgeable on all Food & Beverage Outlets (both operationally & administratively); and must be able to fulfill managerial duties in any F&B outlet in case of an emergency or otherwise. As a member of the Food & Beverage Management Team, this position oversees several outlets.
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management preferred.
