Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)
Responsible for the daily operations of the food & beverage operation. Works hands-on with food & beverage personnel to ensure highest quality of operational execution within established concepts.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversees food & beverage service and ensures guest satisfaction with orders delivered in a timely manner.
- Assists in retaining and motivating employees.
- Provides high quality service and product to guests while adhering to budget constraints by managing the food & beverage operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the outlets and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
- Must schedule hourly team members.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency.
- Knowledge of safety procedures to ensure employee and guest safety.
- Maintains company operating standards.
- Demonstrates professionalism that reflects our brand and company values.
- Ability to extend complimentaries in accordance with the property comp matrix.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities)
- Must be RAMP and Serv-Safe certified.
- Three full years of employment in related position.
- Requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures.
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
- Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.
- Must have full working knowledge of POS.
- Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency.
- Must have knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.
- Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Physical Requirements
- 24/7 operation requiring extended hours and the ability and willingness meet the applicant’s schedules when needed.
- Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.
- Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel; use hands and arms to reach, legs and feet to balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Ability to regularly utilize sufficient vision or other powers of observation to review documents and computer screens and organize documents and materials.
- Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators
Working Conditions
- 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.
- Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
- You may occasionally work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
