Our 36-acre Lodge at Schroon Lake in New York's Adirondacks is perfect for outdoor adventurers and active families. Our resort reopened in June of 2023 after undergoing extensive renovations, but our oldest building still dates back to 1917. This position’s primary job duties are to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant and other outlets where applicable . This manager supervises a staff that consistently provides excellent guest service while promoting profitability for the hotel. Must have banquet experience. Bartending experience preferred.

He/she must be able to exercise good judgment and discretion, display effective problem-solving skills, and provide excellent customer service. Benefits and pay range:

· Salary range of $60,000-$65,000

Experience / Education:

Minimum 2 years’ of supervisory customer service experience with at least 1 year of full-service dining experience; management experience preferred; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience
