The supervisor must be knowledgeable of and able to perform the duties of all staff positions and will assist the GM and AGM with recruiting, training, coaching, developing and providing leadership to the team. The supervisor must model the “Pleasant Way” by providing exceptional customer service and always exhibiting a pleasant and professional demeanor to internal and external customers.Required Skills:
- A minimum of 2-years of previous restaurant, fast-food or equivalent background
- A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
- Available to work holidays and weekends
- Dependable & reliable
- Excellent work ethic (follow and up-hold the “Pleasant News way” of conducting oneself)
- Strong and positive people, communication and presentation skills
- High School diploma or equivalency required; college degree preferred
- Basic math skills
COMPENSATIONSalary only $43,680.00 -$45,000.00 Annually (Salary) based on experience- Benefits available
