Position: Beverage Supervisor

Wage: 50,000/yr.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for overall operations of the Beverage Department venues during scheduled shift, this includes all bar areas and beverage service on the casino floor. Monitor Beverage team to ensure compliance with Title 4 & CCCH policies and procedures, while providing exceptional guest service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility included, but not limited to:

• Maintain knowledge of all CCCH & department special events and promotions.

• Maintain knowledge of beverage menu, all products, equipment, and POS system.

• Cover venues as needed during periods of high volume, breaks, call outs.

• Complete accurate paperwork in a timely manner, including end of shift reports and issuing NOE’s & attendance notices.

• Monitors bartender pours, costs, techniques, and addressing variances.

• Provides exceptional guest service.

• Resolves guest and TM issues and disputes.

• Assigns TM responsibilities and monitors service for effectiveness.

• Prepares required reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and counseling notices.

• Responsible for departmental training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or Equivalency

• Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of previous Beverage Supervisory experience and 2 years of Bartending experience required.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Able to follow directions effectively.

b. Able to plan and be well organized.

c. Have knowledge of beverage training, purchasing, inventory control and scheduling.

d. Be computer literate in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

a. Obtain a valid Title 4 certification card, Food Handlers card & Alcohol Awareness card.

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
