Food and Beverage Buyer - Casino jobs in Jackson, MS

Include, but are not limited to:

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to casino guests
• Performing necessary tasks to service guests, i.e., taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting and maintaining gaming area in a clean and neat manner
• Monitoring guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all beverage requests are promptly filled
• Assisting other beverage personnel with maintenance, including opening/closing duties, as necessary
• Cleaning unwanted debris from the guests' gaming area such as bottles, cups, glasses, paper, and emptying ashtrays
• Helping refill beverage supplies at all service stations
• Requesting identification from guests when legal age is in question
• Utilizing proper call order when ordering beverages from bartender in a courteous manner
• Helping keep service wells stocked, clean, and sanitary
• Staying current on department and property promotions and compliance guidelines
• Performing all other duties specified or assigned
