Responsible for operations of a dining outlet. Duties include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing employees, as well as overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment. Works to ensure all Food Outlets are functioning in a smooth and efficient manner. Acts on behalf of Food and Beverage Manager in absence. Performs other duties as assigned.

· Servsafe certified.
Participates in inventory of restaurant stock and supplies.
· Must demonstrate communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle daily activities in Manager’s absence.
· Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
· Must be able to obtain a Delaware State Lottery License
PHYSICAL—Ability to walk stand, stoop, bend, reach and stretch.
Ability to perform moderate lifting 25lbs. with or without assistance. Ability to visually observe work area and staff performance Ability to work long hours.
MENTAL -- Ability to formulate and communicate ideas. Ability to make decisions both analytical and logical.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent and /or related experience.
· A.B.C.C. certification within 30 days of position.
· Good organizational, communication, delegation and supervisory skills.
· Must be capable of working with others as a team player.
· Minimum 21 years old.
· No recent felony convictions.
