Additionally, Food Services Supervisor maintains cleanliness of working area and the facilities. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Food Services Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. The Supervisor of Rehab Services is responsible for supervising the daily operations and activities of the assigned Adult Rehabilitation Staff. Work situations range from clinical to supervisory and require independent decision-making, analysis, planning, policy and program development, problem and issue resolution, leadership, and strong rehabilitation expertise. This position is also responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington
- Three years experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist
- Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or supervisory role

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $47.53 - $66.55 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
