    Details:
    • Full-time, 40 hours per week
    • Most shifts are 7a-2:30p, but could work as early as 5a as needed
    • Every other weekend required and holidays on rotation
    • Additional pay on weekend shifts
    • Free meal with every shift
    JOB SUMMARY:
     
    The primary responsibility of the Shift Supervisor is to provide exemplary supervision, direction and support of the staff to ensure the daily operations of the department are met.
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:                                                          
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Knowledge in computer operations.
    • Able to work the positions they supervise.
    • Demonstrate adequate stamina and flexibility to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.
    • Able to count money and make change.
    • Requires concentration for long periods of time.
    • Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Able to work in latex-burdened environment.
    • Able to lift cases of groceries, flour, sugar, and containers of food that could weigh up to 50 lbs.
    • Able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time with extensive bending and reaching.
    • Ability to speak clearly and distinctly.
    • Able to extensively utilize telephone for communication.
    • Demonstrates adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to read and prepare documents and labels, and give appropriate portion control.
    • Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
