Assist Executive Chef and Food Service Director in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the effectiveness of work activities in the Food Production Areas. Emphasis is on-sight recipe compliance; food safety practices good production techniques and final product. Maintain good relationships with peers, and assure a quality product is delivered. Fill in for the Executive Chef or Food Service managers in case of absence. Coordinate resources of the assigned area to achieve quality and customer satisfaction. Help train new production employees on specific job duties and good production techniques. Oversee and ensure all proper food safety guidelines, regulatory guidelines, and department standards. Provide studies and analysis reports on production activities
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of two years experience in Food Service related field with the aptitude to be cross-trained in several disciplines.
