We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Sales and Service Manager to join our Ford dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fleet sales and service operations, including sales strategies, customer service, vehicle maintenance, team leadership, and must be willing to travel. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of fleet management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed fleet sales targets.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, including businesses, government agencies, and organizations.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities.
4. Supervise the service department to ensure prompt and efficient maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles.
5. Manage inventory levels of fleet vehicles and parts to meet customer demand.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in fleet sales and/or service management, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Strong understanding of fleet management principles, including vehicle maintenance, financing, and leasing.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales and service targets.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
8. Knowledge of Ford vehicles and products (preferred).
