This person will oversee the customer relationship, P&L, employee relations and ensure that we exceed expectations in the service we deliver. The right candidate will be a servant leader. Our goal is to fill this position ASAP so don't delay in applying!Hours: Monday-Friday with some weekends as needed - Day shift
Location: Charleston, SCWhat You’ll Be Doing:- The Operations Manager interviews, hires and trains new employees.
- Resolves and responds to employee and customer issues.
- Assigns tasks to workers and completes site inspections
- Oversees Safety training and adherence to safety policies
- Purchases, issues and orders necessary supplies and equipment and ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition.
- Reviews employee’s time daily
- Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed.
- Responsible for site inspections and communicates with customers an updated monthly reports on the condition of the building or work in progress.
What We’re Looking for:- 3-5 years of Management experience
- Experience in Janitorial services is required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- A driver’s license is required.
