POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinate, manage and oversee the operation of campus food services, including the kitchen and dining hall. Assure the preparation of nutritious meals for those in residence and childcare staff.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent, 21 years of age, training in nutrition and a working knowledge of Health Guidelines. ServSafe certification or willing to obtain certification within first 6 months of hire.
Have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check per AR DCFS minimum state and federal standards (to include fingerprinting), and child maltreatment background check, pass pre employment drug screen and physical.
Experience: One-year experience cooking for large groups.
