Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations in order to ensure quality services. This includes patient services, retail services, catering services and in-patient clinical services for the entire health system. Responsible for patient and customer nutrition care. Responsible for assisting Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values.
Must have a Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in nutrition or business related field, Certification as a Dietary Manager, or Culinary Certification.
Degree in Dietetics or Food Management/Nutrition or any other program approved by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics which leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian preferred.
Prefer 2 years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics.
Registered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian preferred. Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma preferred.
Must have a food handlers card and Serv Safe certification.
Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
