Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets
Nurture and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Provide training, coaching, and support to the inside sales team to optimize performance
Monitor and evaluate sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient sales processes and customer support
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities
Knowledge of sales tools and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)
