Food Services Director - Nursing Home directs and oversees food service for patients, employees, and visitors in a nursing home environment. Develops, manages, and maintains food service policies and procedures in accordance with administrative directives and professional standards. Being a Food Services Director - Nursing Home reviews menus and supervises the handling, preparation, and storage of food. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is a must.
- Valid state nursing license.
- Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
