Qualifications
The Assistant Director of Food Services must have prior work experience with large quantity food preparation and supervisory duties. The person must possess a high degree of knowledge regarding proper food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures as related to a food service operation. The person must be able to work under pressure and be able to make good decisions while being able to direct others to carry out duties assigned. The person must be able to work cooperatively with fellow employees. The person must enjoy working with learners and others.
Function
The terms of employment will be for the period of the school term. The assistant will be under the direct supervision of the Director of Food Services.
