Food Server - Institution is responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders to diners in an institutional setting. Ensures correct and prompt delivery of food. Being a Food Server - Institution may also be responsible for dish cleaning and sorting, garbage collecting as well as food preparation and light cooking. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Food Server - Institution typically reports to a supervisor. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods.
